Pork Tenderloin Supreme

Pork tenderloin baked in a sauce featuring tomato soup, onion soup and Worcestershire sauce.
Ingredients -
1 (1-1/2 pounds) Lean Pork Tenderloin
1 can Tomato Soup
1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

2. Place pork tenderloin in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil.

3. Combine tomato soup, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl.

4. Pour sauce over tenderloin.

5. Wrap foil around tenderloin and seal securely.

6. Place in baking dish and bake 75 minutes.

7. Carve tenderloin into 1-inch slices.

8. Spoon sauce over pork slices.

Turning Pork During Cooking
Do not pierce the meat surface when flipping or turning the pork. The piercing will allow the juices from the meat to escape.
