Pork Tenderloin Diane

Classic pork tenderloin dish. Seasoned pork slices are sauteed with lemon pepper, butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, and minced fresh parsley.
Ingredients -
1 (16 ounces) Pork Tenderloin
1 tablespoon Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon minced Fresh Parsley
 
Preparation:

1. Carve pork tenderloin into 8 equal slices.

2. Place tenderloin slices between 2 sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap and flatten to ½ inch thick.

3. Sprinkle tenderloin with lemon-pepper seasoning.

4. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.

5. Add pork to skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, until juices run clear.

6. Remove pork to a serving platter. Cover with foil to keep warm.

7. Add Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard to pan juices in skillet.

8. Heat through, stirring constantly.

9. Pour sauce over tenderloin slices and garnish with minced parsley.

Be sure to wash cutting boards, utensils and work areas that came in contact with the raw pork.

Tenderloins
When roasting more then one tenderloin, make sure the tenderloins have ample space between them to insure air circulates around them, and they cook evenly.
