Peachy Pork Tenderloin

Tenderloins seasoned and roasted 30 minutes, glazed with peach preserves, Worcestershire sauce, ginger and returned to oven to finish roasting.
Ingredients -
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
2 Pork Tenderloins, about 2 pounds total
1/2 cup Peach Preserves
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Season tenderloins with seasoned salt and dried thyme.

3. Place tenderloins in roasting pan and roast 30 minutes.

4. Remove tenderloins from oven.

5. In a small bowl, combine preserves, Worcestershire sauce and ginger.

6. Coat tenderloins with glaze and return to oven for 15-20 minutes.
