1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Season tenderloins with seasoned salt and dried thyme.
3. Place tenderloins in roasting pan and roast 30 minutes.
4. Remove tenderloins from oven.
5. In a small bowl, combine preserves, Worcestershire sauce and ginger.
6. Coat tenderloins with glaze and return to oven for 15-20 minutes. |
