1. Combine oregano, rosemary, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl.
2. Carve pork into 12 slices.
3. Sprinkle slices with 2 teaspoons of seasoning mixture.
4. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
5. Add pork to skillet when oil is hot. Cook, turning occasionally until lightly browned and cooked through.
6. Transfer pork slices to serving platter.
7. Add onion, green and yellow bell pepper, and remaining seasoning mix to skillet.
8. Sauté until vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
9. Add tomatoes and cook additional 3 minutes.
10. Add pork back to skillet pan.
11. When heated through, remove from heat.
12. Rub Italian bread slices with cut sides of garlic, and arrange on plates.
13. Place pork on bread slices and top with vegetable mixture.
