Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Italian style grilled pork tenderloin. Tenderloin marinated half a day in Italian salad dressing and grilled over open flame. Simple recipe to start in the morning and enjoy later that evening.
Ingredients -
2 (1 pounds each) Pork Tenderloins
1 (8 ounces) bottle Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
 
Preparation:

1. Add tenderloins to large bowl or casserole.

2. Coat with Italian dressing.

3. Cover and refrigerate 8-12 hours, turning tenderloins occasionally.

4. Remove tenderloins to plate. Discard marinade.

5. Grill over medium heat until internal temperatures reach 160 F.

It is natural for the tenderloin to change color on the exterior as it marinates in the Italian dressing.

Most supermarkets sell tenderloins in packs of two. Watch for sales, as tenderloins freeze nicely, and last 3-6 months after freezing.
