Cooking Tip
Pork Tenderloin
The tenderloin can be overcooked quite easily. Use the meat thermometer as opposed to cutting into the tenderloin to see if it has cooked through.

Cooking Tip
Apple Cider Vinegar
Substitute wine vinegar for the apple cider vinegar if you don not have access to apple cider vinegar.
