Caramelized Pork Slices

Pork slices sauteed with garlic, orange juice, molasses, brown sugar, salt and fresh ground black pepper.
Ingredients -
1 pound Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Packed Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Orange Juice
1 tablespoon Molasses
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
 
Preparation:

1. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Heat skillet over medium high heat until hot.

3. Add pork slices and garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes, turn and cook 3-4 minutes.

4. Add brown sugar, orange juice, molasses, salt and pepper to skillet.

5. Stir with wooden spoon. Cook until mixture thickens. Coat pork slices.
