1. Preheat oven to 475 F.
2. Add 3 cups water to broiler pan.
3. Place pork tenderloin on broiler pan rack.
4. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and garlic chili paste.
5. Divide sauce into 2 bowls.
6. Bake tenderloin 15 minutes.
7. While turning pork, brush with entire sauce mixture from 1 bowl.
8. Bake additional 15 minutes. Use meat thermometer to register internal temperature (should be 160 F.
9. Remove from oven.
10. Cool slightly.
11. Slice tenderloin and toss with reserved sauce.
12. Serve on gourmet style buns.
