Cooking Tip
Roast Pork or Pork Tenderloin
When cooking for large groups, a pork roast or tenderloin is a great choice, rather than individual chops and steaks. Cooking is easier so attention can be paid to other dishes.

Cooking Pork
Cooking individual chops and steaks take less time to cook than roasts and tenderloins, but require more attention during the cooking process.
